AISECT is a top Indian social enterprise focused on skill development, higher education, financial inclusion, e-governance, and other ICT services in semi-urban and rural areas. Since 1985, the Bhopal-based organization has tirelessly served remote regions for 37 years, empowering people, creating jobs for youth, and promoting entrepreneurship. 

The refined over time AISECT model is self-sustaining, scalable, and entrepreneurial, seamlessly meeting the demands of local communities for various skills and ICT services. It has a wide reach, operating in 605 districts, 2100 blocks, and 8550 Panchayats across 29 states and 4 territories through over 31000 centers and offices. Till date, we’ve trained over 26 lakh people, created jobs for over 100,000, and improved the lives of over 50 lakh people through innovative products and services.

Our widespread network and wide range of service offerings are testament to the success that our business model has achieved over
the years. The jobs that AISECT has generated directly or indirectly at the district. block and panchayat levels should be considered to be our greatest achievement. Our network has generated over 20,000 rural entrepreneurs, indirectly employing over 1.00,000 people, while our various vocational courses have helped lakhs
of people from all sections of society, including students, housewives, government officials, working professionals or below poverty line youth enhance their skills and gain access to better prospects.

Leadership

Santosh Choubey

Chairman, AISECT Group

Santosh Choubey, a social entrepreneur, educator, poet, and Hindi literature writer, established the All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT) in 1985. Presently, he holds the position of AISECT Chairman and AISECT group of universities’ Chancellor. With his exceptional leadership skills, AISECT has become one of India’s top social enterprise organisations.
Siddharth Chaturvedi

Director, AISECT Group

Siddharth Chaturvedi, with an MBA degree from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering from MANIT, Bhopal, serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations at AISECT. He possesses a vast experience in the corporate world, having worked with renowned companies such as Microsoft and ITC. Currently, he manages AISECT’s massive network of 20,000 skilling centers and also serves as the Pro-Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University. Additionally, as the Co-director of Vishwarang, he plays a crucial role in the festival’s content creation, strategy, and overall planning.
Dr. Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi

Director, AISECT Group

Dr. Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi, a renowned parenting coach, is the Founder of the rapidly growing parenting Instagram & YouTube channel, Get Set Parent with Pallavi. She also serves as the Vice President of the Early Childhood Association and founded the Brainy Bear Preschool, Brainy Bear Store an early skill development toy store & Activity Club chain. In addition to her role as a parenting coach, she is the Executive Vice President of the AISECT Group and Founding President of the Bhopal Chapter of EO. She holds an Engineering degree, an MBA in Marketing from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, and a Ph.D. Furthermore, she serves as the Director of Vishwarang Children’s Literature, Art, and Music festival. Dr. Pallavi is also a Governing Body Member of the Rabindranath Tagore University.
Aditi Chaturvedi

Director, AISECT Group of Universities

Aditi Chaturvedi is the Director of AISECT, a socially enterprising group, responsible for managing the organization’s skill development and research & documentation divisions. With a B.E. degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Aditi has gained diverse experience working with AISECT in areas such as skill development, marketing (both digital and print media), research, and documentation. She actively contributes to the marketing division and content creation for Vishwarang.
Arvind Chaturvedi

Vice President, AISECT

Arvind Chaturvedi, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from IIT-Roorkee and an MBA, has accumulated more than 37 years of extensive experience in skill development, higher education, and international and domestic markets. He has contributed significantly to the development of various skill development projects of school education and employment-based skill training. For the past 11 years, he has served as the Director of AISECT’s National Office in Delhi, overseeing the national network. Furthermore, under his leadership, Vishwarang has transformed into a global festival, and he serves as the crucial link between Vishwarang India and its partner countries.
Abhishek Pandit

Pro-Chancellor, Scope Global Skills University

Abhishek Pandit, the Director of Business Development at AISECT, holds an MBA degree from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Manipal. With extensive corporate experience working with industry leaders such as IBM and Tata Motors, Abhishek has successfully executed numerous critical projects within several organisations.
Pushpa Asiwal

Registrar, AISECT Network

Pushpa Asiwal was born on August 24th, 1968 in Bhopal and has a M.Sc., M.Ed., and Diploma in Rural Development. Currently serving as the Registrar and OSD to Chairman at AISECT, she has contributed significantly to rural development and education in rural areas. As the leader of the secretariat of Vishwarang, she handles administrative responsibilities and has been instrumental in constructing and operating over twenty thousand educational centres. Additionally, she is the sub-editor of ‘Electroniki Aapke Liye,’ a well-known science magazine.
Nitin Vats

Director, AIC RNTU Foundation

Nitin Vats holds a B.E. from HBTI, Kanpur, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand. With a strong passion for Hindi literature, Nitin manages his professional and creative responsibilities effectively within the organization. He currently serves as the Director of the Incubation Centre at Rabindranath Tagore University in Madhya Pradesh and plays a vital role in planning and executing the Vishwarang festival.
Kaushal Vikas Yatra
In the year 2012, after joining hands with NSDC and keeping the above experience in mind, AISECT had organized a one-of-its-kind ”AISECT-NSDC Kaushal Vikas Yatra” across all the AISECT-NSDC Project States with following objectives.
  • To spread awareness on importance of skill development and vocational training amongst youth.
  • To establish skill development as a credible career option in front of the youth.
  • To popularize the ”AISECT-NSDC ” Brand and drive registrations into AISECT­ NSDC courses.
  • To inform the AISECT-NSDC Centres about the benefits of AISECT-NSDC Project.
