At AISECT, we champion Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs) that ignite potential and inspire change. We’re committed to motivating a diverse range of individuals, including SC/ST/Women, differently-abled, Ex-servicemen, and BPL persons, to embrace self-employment and entrepreneurship as viable career paths.

A Multifaceted Approach

AISECT spearheads several impactful projects, including TRIFED (ESDP), National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), MAVIM, Tejaswini, NULM-EDP, and more. These initiatives aim to instill essential entrepreneurship skills, foster new enterprises, and nurture a robust entrepreneurial culture across the nation.

Unlocking Potential in Collaboration

Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Program (PMVDY-ESDP) in Madhya Pradesh
Under the Prime Minister Van Dhan Yojana (PMVDY), AISECT is driving the Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programme (ESDP) in Madhya Pradesh. Partnering with TRIFED and Madhya Pradesh State Minor Forest Produce Department, this program operates in districts like Balaghat, Shahdol, Mandla, Dindori, and Umaria. Training is focused on self-help groups, covering branding, storage, packaging, transportation, and business planning related to minor forest products.

Trained Beneficiaries: 1075 candidates

Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal
MAVIM)

Empowering rural women in Maharashtra through self-help groups, AISECT’s MAVIM initiative provides training in computer skills, mobile and laptop repair, tally, and desktop publishing.

Trained Beneficiaries: 330 trainee women

In collaboration with UNDP and funded by Marico, AISECT’s CSR program leverages online tools and technology to offer forward-thinking training in 21st-century employability skills.

Tejaswini Rural Women Empowerment Program

Partnering with Madhya Pradesh Mahila Vitta Avam Vikas Nigam, AISECT supports rural women’s development through self-help groups. The program enhances income generation, skills, financial literacy, and access to labor-saving infrastructure.
Benefits: Wider opportunities, strengthened self-help groups, improved income generation, enhanced financial literacy, increased participation in local governance.

NIESBUD (National Institute for Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development)

Under NIESBUD, AISECT conducts skills training for OBC candidates in Koraput districts.
