AISECT empowers women to break traditional societal constraints that limit their choices. Through multiple initiatives, AISECT facilitated quality education and skill training to foster economic independence, self-sufficiency, and the ability to impact societal change. In the past three decades, AISECT has impacted over 4,00,000+ women beneficiaries across India. Implementing various women-centric projects including Swashakti Project, Stem for Girls, Nai Roshani for minority women, Seekho aur Kamao, Vocational Education in school, Indira Suchna Shakti Yojana, Kaushal se kushalta, Microsoft Rise, UNDP, Tejaswini, MAVIM, Nari Niketan etc.

Swashakti Project
This project is sponsored by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, with financial assistance from the World Bank (IDA) (International Development Association) and IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development).
Facilitates – formation of 72 SHGs, the creation of community assets, such as schools, ponds and roads, as well as the formation of a Federation of SHGs, and the empowerment of women through social mobilization and economic development.
STEM for Girls
The IBM CSR initiative, in collaboration with Quest Alliance, aimed to implement STEM programs for girls in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Trained Beneficiaries – 13,887 candidates.
Focused Sectors – Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, Life Skills, Career Development, Gender, Digital Literacy, and Coding Skills.
Nai Roshani
NaiRoshni is a Central Sector Scheme under the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MOMA) to empower and instill confidence among minority women by providing knowledge, tools and techniques for interacting with government systems, banks and other institutions at all levels.
AISECT has trained 525 women Beneficiaries.
Vocational Education in Schools (CSS-VHSE)
“VHSE, commonly known as NSQF Project, is spearheaded by AISECT across India. This government initiative introduces skill-based education in secondary schools.
Trained 13,000 students in NSQF-aligned Vocation Training across 1800+ schools.
Currently active in government schools in West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Ladakh, Karnataka, Punjab, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Nagaland, Rajasthan, Puducherry, Gujarat, Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh.
With 1754+ Vocational Trainers and 40+ Coordinators, we cover IT-ITes, Retail, Agriculture, Automotive, Apparel, Multi Skilling, Electronics, BFSI, Telecommunication, and Beauty & Wellness sectors.”
Indira Suchna Shakti Yojana
Indira Suchna Shakti Yojana was one of the most prestigious programmes of AISECT.
Conducted in close collaboration with Govt. of Chhattisgarh and CHIPS (Chhattisgarh Information Technology Promotion Society).
The project aimed at empowering girls, belonging to weaker sections, by imparting them basic skills in Information Technology.
AISECT is implemented in over – 1268+ Schools in Chhattisgarh.

Kaushal Se Kaushalta
The Kaushal Se Kushalta Scheme of NMDFC aims at imparting skills to the targeted women beneficiaries leading to self/wage employment.

Microsoft RISE (Rural India Skill Empowerment)
AISECT partnership with Microsoft RISE to empower 2,00,000+ women and youths with digital Literacy and play a pivotal role in uplifting the nation’s economy.
The Microsoft Rural India Skill Empowerment Program focuses to upskill and impart skill training to Indian youths from rural, backward & unprivileged people in the areas of – Digital Productivity, Communication Skills, Employability Skills & Entrepreneurship

UNDP – Driving Economic Empowerment of Women & Youth
AISECT partnership with UNDP, funded by Marico for implementing a CSR program in Madhya Pradesh.
The project’s focus on leveraging online tools, platforms, and technology demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to ensuring effective training and continued engagement of students.
Trained Beneficiaries – 3432 candidates and Placed – 1554 candidates.

Capacity Building Training with Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM)
AISECT, through the Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal initiative, empowers rural women in Maharashtra via a capacity building program. This initiative focused on forming self-help groups and providing training in computer skills, mobile and laptop repair, Tally, and desktop publishing. By imparting these skills, the program aimed to enhance economic independence and enable women to participate in income-generating activities, actively engaging in the self-help group movement.
Trained – 330 women Beneficiaries.
Tejaswini Rural Women Empowerment Program
Madhya Pradesh Mahila Vitta Avam Vikas Nigam sponsored the program, which focused on women’s development and built on earlier projects that showed that women’s self-help groups are an effective way to improve poverty levels.
- AISECT is at the forefront, extending support to village-level Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). With a dedicated focus on organic cultivation, we have propelled 400 SHGs forward. Over 1000 SHG members have united to form clusters, leveraging collective strength to market their produce across multiple avenues.
