AISECT’s transformative journey unfolds through dynamic partnerships with central and state ministries, spanning the educational, skill development, vocational education, capacity building, women empowerment, and employment-oriented training sectors. With affiliations to over 20 State Skill Development Missions, we are the driving force behind the nationwide implementation of government-sponsored skill development initiatives.
Our impact spans across 150+ job roles, aligned with 27 sector skills councils (SSCs) endorsed by industry bodies and NSDC. AISECT’s commitment to progress is exemplified by our successful execution of central government projects such as PMKVY, PMKK, DDU-GKY, and more. Through innovative partnerships and unwavering dedication, AISECT is crafting a future where skills are the key to empowerment and prosperity.
In the tapestry of rural India, AISECT stands as a catalyst for change, weaving threads of opportunity and prosperity. With a vision to elevate households and foster healthier lives, AISECT’s Livelihoods initiative encompasses a spectrum of integrated community-based interventions. From revolutionizing farming practices to bolstering healthcare, retail, textiles, logistics, and crafts, AISECT leaves no stone unturned in its quest for progress.
Through impactful projects like DAY-NULM, PMVDY-ESDP, District Project Livelihood College under Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Authority (CSSDA), NIESBUD, Tejaswini. By nurturing self-help groups and promoting economic independence, AISECT illuminates the path towards financial literacy, paving the way for brighter, more self-sufficient tomorrows.
AISECT equips apprenticeship training programs, where theoretical learning meets hands-on experience. Through flagship schemes like NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme), AISECT bridges the gap between academia and industry. By forging partnerships with employers and uniting diverse stakeholders, this initiative aspires to shape a more skilled and job-ready workforce, reduce unemployment, and contribute to the nation’s economic prosperity.
AISECT implements Capacity Building programs to develop and strengthen the skills, abilities, techniques, and resources that communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world. Capacity-building initiatives often focus on enhancing the knowledge and skills of beneficiaries to bridge the skill gap between rural and urban areas.
AISECT implements training programs through multiple projects such as the Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Program (PMVDY-ESDP) across Madhya Pradesh, MAVIM, SPIPA, Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj Training, etc.
